We are pleased to announce the Oval Allocation Challenge. Participants are invited to create the best possible allocation solutions based on Oval cut for four rough diamond projects.

  • 50% discount on a Carbon Base license
  • INR 10,000 awarded to the operator
    (payment will be transferred to the participant's company)

How to Participate?

To enter the challenge:
Download the four rough diamond projects:

Generate an allocation solution for each of the four projects.
Submit your results as OX2Z (or Sarine) files by e-mail to serov@octonus.com 
  • Submission deadline: 29 July, 12:00 PM (IST)

4. Single-stone allocation (Single algorithms)

Evaluation

All submitted solutions will be uploaded to Cutwise, where Brilliance_v2 will be calculated using the same evaluation procedure for all participants.


The winner will be the participant whose solutions achieve the best overall combination of Yield and Brilliance_v2 across the four projects.
